Enjoy your morning "catpuccino,", an après-ski session after cat-skiing or skiing at Red, or an excellent evening dining experience. We feature a healthy menu, with steak, chicken, seafood, and vegetarian weekly specials, plus a full tapas menu and share plates, with much fresh and locally-sourced ingredients as possible, plus the necessary après-ski beer-pairing standards like wings and nachos.
Coffee rotates between Paula's college friend Losel's award-winning roastery "Propeller" and the local "Seven Summits" roastery, and beer on tap features the local Rossland and Trail microbreweries.
We open at 6:45 for the pre-snowcat crowd, and offer coffee, baking and a full breakfast menu. Closed for lunch, we open again for après-ski. While we are the de facto clubhouse for Big Red Cats, and host their daily photo slide show between 5-6pm, everyone is welcome to join in for drinks, appies, and healthy dinners. just beware the shot ski!
